2009年04月28日に発売された新譜[Together Through Life（トゥゲザー・スルー・ライフ）]は、2006年08月末に発売された前作[Modern Times（モダン・タイムズ）]からわずか2年半しか経っていない。Bobの創作意欲に感服する。菅野ヘッケル氏の解説によると録音は[2008年10月]だそうだが、興味深いのは新譜用に13曲を録音したということ。アルバムに収録された10曲以外の3曲を是非とも聴いてみたい。それから歌詞は（7曲目の"This Dream Of You"以外）[Grateful Dead]の[Robert Hunter]との共作というのも興味深い。ちなみにアルバム・ジャケットには[Bruce Davidson]の[Brooklyn Gang]からの写真が使用されている。最後に"Beyond Here Lies Nothin'"のプロモーション映像が[YouTube]で公開されている。
